The story remained the same for South Africa after the U19 side lost the semi-final of the U19 World Cup to the Indian team. After India won the clash by two wickets to make their way into the summit clash, it was heartbreak and disappointment for South Africa.
The youngsters were seen breaking down in tears after missing out on the final of the tournament. Tristan Luus and Nqobani Mokoena were captured lying on the ground as Kwena Maphaka attempted to console his teammates after the loss.
However, amidst the disappointment, Indian skipper Uday Saharan was seen sharing a wholesome moment with the South Africa cricketers as he hugged his South African counterpart, Juan James, looking to provide some consolation.
