For any parent, there is an unparalleled sense of pride and fulfilment when they witness their child excelling in various aspects of life, particularly academics. The culmination of this pride is felt most profoundly during their child’s graduation ceremony, a moment brimming with excitement and pride. It’s a feeling that’s even more amplified when a parent had to set aside their educational pursuits to chase a seemingly distant dream back then, not even advancing beyond their 12th board exams.

Celebrating a proud milestone for the Tendulkar family, former Indian cricketer and legendary batter, Sachin Tendulkar, shared on social media the joyous occasion of his 26-year-old daughter, Sara Tendulkar, receiving her Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from the prestigious University College London’s Department of Medicine. The heartfelt post featured a collage of his wife, Anjali Tendulkar, with Sara, and an 11-second video clip of Sara, clad in the customary black graduation robe and hat, walking across the opulent stage to receive her certificate as her name was announced.
