World Cup-winning captain Harmanpreet Kaur‘s manager Noopur Kashyap has suggested that the the India skipper’s brand endorsements and deals might multiply by as much as three times after she led India to their maiden Women’s World Cup silverware. She recently led the Women in Blue to their maiden ICC title after defeating South Africa in the finals.

After Kashyap listed the number of pre-World Cup brands which Harmanpreet possessed, she revealed how non-sport brands had developed interest in collaborating with the batter post the tournament.

“Harman was involved in over 8-10 brand endorsements before the World Cup. But post the World Cup, Harmanpreet is expected to triple the value and number. Brands from non-sporting traditional sports sector have approached and are willing to explore opportunities with her and indicating a broader acceptance,” stated Kashyap, as quoted by India Today.

Kashyap also highlighted that women’s cricket in general has observed a major boost in terms of interest and investment after the Women in Blue’s World Cup win. She also spoke on how there has been an increased diversification of categories approaching women athletes.

“As an athlete business manager, I have observed that there has been a marked increased in the interest and investment in women’s cricket, especially after winning the World Cup. The change is evident in the surge of brand endorsements, demand and acknowledgment. Earlier, the diversification in the sponsorship categories was limited and now we see a huge change of mindset,” Kashyap added.

India won the summit clash by 52 runs in Navi Mumbai on November 2. Harmanpreet finally tasted World Cup glory in what was her fifth tournament. She registered 260 runs in eight innings, which also includes a crucial 89 against Australia in the semi-finals, where she stood firmly alongside Jemimah Rodrigues as the hosts completed an unforgettable run chase.

The Moga-born was recently retained by Mumbai Indians Women ahead of the mega auction for the Women’s Premier League 2026. After the World Cup win, Harmanpreet has had a hectic few weeks, travelling to multiple cities for press and media appearances.
