2. 9/99 vs England in Auckland, 2018

Boult bowled his second-best bowling figure at Auckland in the first Test against England in 2018. He picked six wickets for 32 runs in the first innings after New Zealand won the toss and elected to bowl. In the second innings, Boult took three wickets for 67 runs in 27 overs and won the second Player of the Match award of his Test career.

3. 9/107 vs Sri Lanka in Christchurch, 2018

Boult took another nine-wicket haul in 2018 against Sri Lanka in the second Test of Sri Lanka’s tour of New Zealand. New Zealand scored 178 runs in the first innings and in reply, Sri Lanka was bundled out for 104 runs. Boult took six wickets for 30 runs in 15 overs. In the second innings, he took three wickets for 77 runs and finished with nine wickets for 107 runs.
