Kaif made his maiden ODI century against Zimbabwe in the third match of the Champions Trophy 2002. His knock of 111 runs off 112 deliveries helped India post 288 runs for the loss of six wickets. India won the match by 14 runs.
3. 148* vs West Indies, St. John’s (June 2006)

Kaif made his first and only century in Test matches against the West Indies in 2006 during India’s tour of the West Indies. He received a callup to the Indian side after Sachin Tendulkar was ruled out of the series and featured in all four matches. In the second Test, Kaif made 148 runs and was one of the three centurions.
