The Hundred Men’s 2025: Predicting Welsh Fire XI for match 12

The Welsh Fire and Manchester Originals will clash in match 12 of The Hundred Men’s 2025 tournament at the Sophia Gardens in Cardiff on August 13.

The Welsh Fire, led by Tom Abell, are at the second-last spot in the points table after losing both their games so far. They first lost to Northen Superchargers in their opening contest by eight wickets. In their second match, Fire lost to London Spirit as they failed to chase down 164-run target.

Here is the predicted Welsh Fire XI for match 12 of The Hundred Men’s 2025:

Top Order: Steve Smith, Jonny Bairstow (WK), Luke Wells

Steve Smith has struggled to establish his rhythm and has only scored 32 runs so far this season, with a best of 29. Jonny Bairstow kept wickets effectively and scored 86* in their most recent game. Even though he has not scored many runs yet, Luke Wells could stabilise the top order under trying circumstances.

Middle Order: Tom Abell (C), Tom Kohler-Cadmore, Saif Zaib
