The West Indies Women (WI W) will face Australia Women (AUS W) in the first match of the three-match ODI series on March 27 at Warner Park in Basseterre, St Kitts. The picturesque setting is all set to host all the three matches of the series, starting with the opener on Friday.

It will be an important series for the hosts after a humiliating 3-0 series loss against the Aussies in the T20I leg of the ongoing multi-format assignment. The ODI leg provides them a great chance to make a mark and assert their dominance.

Australia, on the other hand, will be entering this three-match series with immense confidence after a stunning performance in the T20I series. This will also be their first ODI assignment since the retirement of their former captain Alyssa Healy.
