The fourth season of the T20 Mumbai League is set to kick off in 2026 with the Bandra Blasters (BB) taking on the Eagle Thane Strikers (ETS) in Match No. 1 on Monday, June 01, at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
This clash sees two of the previous season’s losing semi-finalists come up against each other. The Blasters were beaten by the SoBo Mumbai Falcons, while the Strikers were beaten by the eventual winners, MSC Maratha Royals. Both teams come into the season looking for their first win.
Both teams are being led by stalwarts of Mumbai Cricket in Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shardul Thakur, respectively. Both teams come into the season with relatively inexperienced squads but have players around whom they can build a core.
