The Qalandars managed to keep wickets in hand and maintained a required run rate just above 10, thanks to some smart batting and calm approach in the middle overs. Bhanuka Rajapaksa and Asif Ali finished the innings unbeaten, with Rajapaksa scoring a quick 23 off 12 balls. Mir Hamza took a crucial wicket for Karachi Kings, but it was not enough to stop the Qalandars from reaching their target comfortably in 18.4 overs.
