As the wickets kept tumbling, Ramesh Mendis remained unbeaten with a steady 28* off 16 balls, but the team could only muster 99/8 in their allotted 10 overs. Lahiru Kumara and Dunith Wellalage were the standout bowlers for the Titans, with both picking up crucial wickets.

Chasing 100 runs for victory, JFT made light work of the target. Despite the early loss of Kevin Wickham for a duck, the match was soon in the Titans’ control as Kusal Mendis and Charith Asalanka took charge. Mendis played an explosive innings, finishing unbeaten on 79* off 31 balls, a knock that included 3 fours and 4 sixes, striking at a remarkable 143.48. 

Asalanka supported well, contributing 16* from just 8 balls. The Titans reached the target in just 5.4 overs, winning by 9 wickets. The strong partnership between Mendis and Asalanka ensured a comfortable victory for the Titans, who chased down the target with ease, leaving the Jaguars with little to defend.
