Jofra Archer was seemingly frustrated after Dhruv Jurel put down a possible catch behind the wickets on the first ball of Sunrisers Hyderabad’s run chase against Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Match No. 36 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Saturday, April 26. Jurel’s drop behind the wickets led to a fuming reaction from the English speedster.
Head managed to edge the ball behind the wickets as Archer bowled an unplayable delivery. Archer’s frustration was healed by him, though, as he got Head caught at the deep third man region four balls later, which cost RR only six runs in between. Not only was Archer pumped to get the wicket of the Australian opener, but Jurel, the culprit for the dropped catch, also breathed a sigh of relief.

Head’s stay at the crease was short-lived in a crucial run chase against RR, where they needed 229 runs to win the match. Eventually, the match went in the visiting team’s favour, as they won by five wickets and nine balls to spare, courtesy of Ishan Kishan and Abhishek Sharma firing from both ends following Head’s departure.
