Cricket supporters turned up in huge numbers to greet Mohammed Siraj at the Hyderabad airport after the right-arm speedster returned from the recent five-Test tour of England. Siraj ended the England series as the leading wicket-taker with 23 wickets in nine innings, with his career-best match haul of 9/190 in the final Test proving instrumental in India’s six-run win at The Oval.

Siraj was spotted attending a call as he was guided by airport authorities and security personnel from the airport’s departure terminal to a car waiting for him. The people surrounding the vicinity were spotted waving the Indian tri-colour while chanting Siraj’s name.
