Arshdeep Singh delivered a double delight for India during their T20 World Cup 2026 clash against Namibia at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. Not only did the left-arm pacer outfox Jan Frylinck with a clever, slower delivery, but he also marked his 250th T20 wicket with a celebration straight out of Cristiano Ronaldo’s book.
The moment came in the fourth over when Arshdeep rolled his fingers over the ball, taking the pace off at 120 kph. Bowling it back of a length, he deceived Frylinck completely, as the Namibian batter went through the pull shot early and miscued it to deep mid-wicket, where Shivam Dube completed a safe catch.
After the wicket, Arshdeep leapt high into the air in trademark Ronaldo’s ‘Siu’ celebration, soaking in the applause as the stadium in Delhi erupted.

Friendly collision ends with push-up challenge between Pandya-Erasmus
On the last ball of the 12th over, Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus fired in a low full toss around off, and Shivam Dube gently pushed it back down the pitch.
What followed was a brief moment of fun and banter, as Erasmus moved to his left in an attempt to stop the ball, while Hardik Pandya also charged in from the non-striker’s end. The two bumped into each other and both lost their balance, with Pandya falling over Erasmus. The Namibian skipper was then having bit of fun with the Indian batter, doing a push-up with Pandya still on his back.
A gentle reminder from Gerhard Erasmus: Don’t skip gym session 😂
