India captain Rohit Sharma was seen at his expressive best in the field during the second Test against England in Visakhapatnam as India won the game by 106 runs to level the series 1-1. The Indian skipper was caught on the stump mic on several occasions having fun conversations with teammates which became an instant hit on social media.

The Day 4 of the Test was also full of gems from Sharma one of which has been going viral on social media. Notably, the Indian captain got a hoarse voice after shouting at his teammates throughout the game which was evident in his post-match interview as well. During the 34th over of England’s second innings, Rohit was seen mentioning the same to his players.

Apart from his verbal gems, Rohit also took a brilliant reflex catch of in-form Ollie Pope (23 off 21) in the first session to send him back to the pavilion. The 36-year-old quickly reacted to his left after an initial movement towards his right and grabbed a stunner.

However, the opening batter has been out of form in the series so far with 90 runs from four innings so far at an average of 22.50. Notably, the Nagpur-born cricketer has a magnificent average of 61.52 in India and will be desperate to notch up a big score in the third Test beginning from February 15 at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.

Notably, the star batter had withdrawn from the first two matches due to personal reasons and has not assured of his availability for the last three Tests yet.

Apart from him, it will be interesting to see whether injured KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja will make a comeback in the last three matches.
