England fast bowler Jofra Archer is still recovering from his elbow injury as fans are eagerly waiting for his comeback to the England team. The right-arm seamer missed out on the team’s 2023 World Cup squad as he’s still undergoing rehabilitation. However, in a major update, Archer will travel with the World Cup squad in India as a reserve where he will continue his rehab.
England National Selector Luke Wright confirmed the same on Monday, September 18. Notably, Archer played a crucial role in England’s first ever ODI World Cup triumph in 2019 as he bowled the pivotal super over of the final and defended 15 runs for his side.
