Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by six wickets in Match No. 57 of IPL 2026 at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium on May 13. Batting first, KKR posted a competitive 192/4 in 20 overs, powered by a brilliant knock from Angkrish Raghuvanshi, who scored 71 off 46 balls with seven fours and three sixes at a strike rate of 154.35. For RCB, three bowlers chipped in with one wicket each.

In reply, RCB chased down the target comfortably, reaching 194/4 with five balls remaining. Virat Kohli starred with a sensational unbeaten 105 off 60 deliveries, smashing 11 fours and three sixes at a strike rate of 175. Despite Kartik Tyagi picking up 3/32 in four overs for KKR, the visitors could not stop Kohli from guiding RCB to victory.

With the win, RCB climbed to the top of the IPL 2026 points table with 16 points, while KKR remained eighth with nine points.
