IPL 2025: Suryakumar Yadav equals Temba Bavuma's record with 13th consecutive 25-plus score

Suryakumar Yadav carried on his fine nick in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League with a supreme unbeaten 73* (43) [his highest score this season] in Match 63 between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals at the Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday, May 21. With this, he equalled a record which only Temba Bavuma has managed to achieve when it comes to men’s T20 cricket.

This was Suryakumar’s 13th innings for MI in IPL 2025. It was also the 13th consecutive instance of the dynamic batter registering a score exceeding the 25-run mark.
