Veteran Mumbai Indians cricketer Rohit Sharma is set to part ways with Mumbai Indians, post the conclusion of the seventeenth edition of the Indian Premier League. Reportedly, this comes amid Rohit’s disappointment towards the captaincy of Hardik Pandya, who replaced the experienced Rohit as the new leader for the five-time champion franchise.

According to News24 Sports, Rohit has expressed his will to part ways with MI, since the Nagpur-born ain’t happy with the atmosphere in the team’s dressing room. Furthermore, there are reports of possible division of groups within the MI camp, with some being on Rohit’s side, while others in the newly-appointed skipper’s favour.
