Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in match 69 of the IPL 2024, on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, in Hyderbad. This will be the last IPL match in this stadium this year. In the ongoing tournament, the Sunrisers have won seven matches and lost five matches so far. They are already qualified for the playoffs. They are currently in third place in the points table, thus, the Sunrisers would like to continue their winning momentum.

Punjab Kings would like to take revenge for the last match of these two teams held at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, in Mullanpur, Chandigarh earlier. This will be an important game for Sunrisers concerning finishing their dream of top two place in the tournament which gives them extra benefit in the Playoffs.

Speaking about the last game of the Punjab Kings, Skipper Sam Curran 63*(41) played magnificent match-winning captain innings which helped the Kings to chase the target on a tricky pitch. Kings also got very good support from other batters as a result they chased the target of 145 within 19 overs.

Speaking about the bowlers, Harshal Patel (4-0-28-2) bowled beautifully which helped the Kings to restrict royals to an under-par total of 144. Rahul Chahar (4-0-26-2) and Skipper Sam Curran (3-0-24-2) bowled fantastically and gave excellent support to Harshal Patel. Kings also got very good support from other bowlers, as a result, they restricted the Royals to a low total. Sam Curran was awarded Player of the Match for his all-around ability. Kings will be hoping all these players to continue their good form.
