IPL 2023: Yuzvendra Chahal posts rib-tickling picture of Yashasvi Jaiswal in female avatar ahead of clash against Punjab

Rajasthan Royals (RR) spinner Yuzvendra Chahal took to his social media handle to share a hilarious picture of teammate Yashasvi Jaiswal during their travel to Dharamsala. Notably, the Men in Pink are all set to lock horns with Punjab Kings (PBKS) at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharamsala on Friday, May 19.

During their travel, Chahal dropped a hilarious picture of Yashasvi Jaiswal in a female avatar using a filter that has sent the internet into a frenzy. Notably, this is not the first time that the spinner has done this, as he has shared several cartoon caricatures of his close friend and India teammate Kuldeep Yadav.

Chahal is relishing a magnificent season with the ball for the Royals as he has collected 21 wickets in 13 appearances for the franchise. In doing so, the seasoned spinner is in the race for the IPL Purple Cap, facing stiff competition from the likes of Mohammed Shami and Rashid Khan among others.

On the other hand, flamboyant southpaw Jaiswal too has been enjoying a stupendous campaign and is among the leading run-getters in the IPL 2023. The opener has 575 runs in 13 outings, lacing it with four fifties and one century at a solid average of 47.92.

Rajasthan drop vital points against RCB

Sanju Samson and co. were handed a humiliating defeat by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), losing by 112 runs on May 14. With the massive loss, Rajasthan’s chances took a big hit in the race for playoffs as they will need to beat Punjab in the forthcoming match and rely on the results of the other teams in the mix.

The Royals are currently placed sixth on the IPL Points Table with 12 points in 13 matches with a Net Run Rate (NRR) of 0.140. On the other hand, Punjab too are one step away from elimination as they have 12 points and a dismal NRR of -0.268.
