As the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 beckons, teams have started unveiling their jersey for the global event. Indian team kit sponsor, Adidas, took to its social media pages to unveil the most sought-after Indian team jersey for the World Cup. It is worth noting that Adidas has inked a four-year deal with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for kit sponsorship. The brand also represented itself on the jersey of Team India in the recently concluded World Cup 2023.

For the unversed, Aquib Wani, a designer from Delhi had designed the jersey for the Indian team in all formats. Wani has taken charge of the latest edition and he has decided to keep aesthetics subtle. The new T20I jersey flaunts an orange colour across the shoulders to the sleeve. The collar part depicts the Tri-colour, the representation of the Indian flag. The trademark three stripes of the brand could be seen stamped on both shoulders.

Now, talking about the price of the jersey, it does demand a splurge from your pockets. Adidas revealed that the jersey will be available in stores and online on their website from May 7 and the fans can purchase it for Rs. 5999. Keeping in mind the demand of the Indian audience, the brand has also unveiled the fan jersey like it did during the ODI World Cup 2023. However, fans could lay their hand on the fan edition for Rs. 999.
