Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad: Pitch report
The Narendra Modi Stadium is one of the most daunting venues in India due to its sheer size and crowd. The wicket favours teams which bat first, but there is a balance between teams that chase as well. The pitch offers aid to bowlers in the form of lateral movement off the pitch and is conducive to hit the deck bowling. When dew is present, it is significant, favouring the chasing teams. Spinners also receive assistance in the form of grip and turn.

GT vs RCB Strategies and Match-ups
The two teams met in their opening game of the season in New Chandigarh. Being put into bat, the Titans were able to manage a score of 162/6 in their 20 overs. The hosts lost their way in the middle of the chase due to a consistent fall of wickets, but Cooper Connolly on debut steered the Kings home with an unbeaten 72 off 44 balls.
The Titans have found balance in their bowling attack, with the addition of Jason Holder adding more impetus to their middle order and bowling attack. They are still heavily reliant on their top three for the big runs. The Kings will be looking to get back to winning ways after their first loss. Their batting unit has been impressive this season, but they had an off-day with the ball.
