The fifth T20I of the five-match series between West Indies and England will take place at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad on Thursday (December 21). Both teams have won two games each, and this match will decide the result.

In the fourth T20I, West Indies won the toss and elected to bowl. Phillip Salt and Jos Buttler provided a solid start to England and added 117 runs for the first wicket. Salt scored his second consecutive century in the series and was dismissed after scoring 119 runs off 57 deliveries. Buttler made 55 runs off 29 deliveries. Liam Livingstone remained unbeaten on 54 runs off 21 deliveries and finished the game for the team. England made 267 runs for the loss of three wickets in 20 overs. Akeal Hosein, Jason Holder, and Andre Russell took one wicket each.

West Indies lost their first two wickets for just 32 runs in the second over. They lost two more wickets by the time they reached 78 runs. Andre Russell scored 51 runs off 25 deliveries and was the highest scorer. West Indies were bundled out for 192 runs in 15.3 overs and lost the match by 75 runs. Reece Topley was the pick of the bowlers for England and took three wickets for 37 runs in 3.3 overs.
