The 33-year-old has become an Indian cricket afterthought as he been snubbed from the yearly contracts as well. Chahal though is a class performer and will not drop the towel so fast. South African star Quinton De Kock didn’t have a great time with the bat during the recent SA20 tournament. The former South African wicketkeeper is still a dangerous batter as he showed during the ODI World Cup 2023. Despite struggling for game time last year, Quinton De Kock will get a look in. KL Rahul’s injury means that de Kock will be the first choice wicketkeeper for his side.
