India Women take on Zimbabwe in the third and final match of the T20I leg of the Zimbabwe Women’s tour of India, at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur on Tuesday, October 20. The hosts have clinched the series and are currently holding an unassailable 2-0 lead.

India Women have begun life under newly-appointed captain Smriti Mandhana with two dominant performances, where the bowlers have starred. The Indian side will be looking to finish the series with a win to hand their new captain a whitewash in her first series in charge.

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, have not been able to put up a strong challenge against the Indian side. They have not put up strong performances with the bat, but in the second T20I, saw them force a rescue effort from the Indian batters, performing much better with the ball. They will be looking to finish the series with a solid performance.

No significant absences for both sides.

The pitch is expected to play a balanced role, with batters able to play their shots, and bowlers getting help in the form of lateral movement and turn for spinners.
