WPL 2026: Predicting the top 3 player battles for match 14

UP Warriorz lock horns with Gujarat Giants in match No. 14 of the ongoing Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara on Thursday, January 22.

The Warriorz have played five matches so far. They have registered two wins, while losing three matches. Both wins came against defending champions Mumbai Indians in the last two matches they played.

On the other hand, Gujarat Giants have an identical record, with two wins and three losses from five games. However, they are currently on a three-match losing streak.

Here are the WPL Match 14 player battles of UP W vs GG W:

1. Phoebe Litchfield vs Renuka Singh

Phoebe Litchfield is the leading run-getter in the WPL this season. She has amassed 211 runs in five innings at an average of 42.20 and a strike rate of 162.31. The left-handed batter will look to continue her purple patch in the upcoming encounter.
Gujarat Giants’ best bet to dismiss Litchfield cheaply will be Renuka Singh. The Indian right-arm pacer will want to swing the new ball and get the better of the southpaw before she gets herself set at the crease.

2. Meg Lanning vs Sophie Devine
