WCL 2025: Top 3 player battles to watch out for in IND vs WI

India Champions will face the West Indies Champions in the 15th match of the World Championship of Legends 2025 on Tuesday, July 29, at Grace Road in Leicester. The West Indies have won one out of four games and are in the fourth place in the points table. India lost three out of their four games and are at the last position in the table. It will be the last league stage game for both teams. The last time India and the West Indies faced each other in the World Championship of Legends last year, India won the match by 27 runs.

Here are the top three player battles to watch out for in India Champions vs West Indies Champions, Match 15 of WCL 2025:

1. Chris Gayle (West Indies Champions) vs Piyush Chawla (India Champions):

Chris Gayle and Piyush Chawla faced each other in 10 matches in the IPL. Gayle scored 116 runs off 64 deliveries against Chawla for one dismissal. Gayle bowled four deliveries against Gayle in the IPL and conceded three runs while dismissing him once.

2. Lendl Simmons (West Indies Champions) vs Harbhajan Singh (India Champions):

Lendl Simmons and Harbhajan Singh played together in the IPL with Mumbai Indians for a long time. They faced each other in the Champions Trophy in 2013, and Harbhajan dismissed Simmons. In ODIs, Simmons faced 28 deliveries from Harbhajan and scored just seven runs. In T20Is, Simmons made two runs off Harbhajan’s six deliveries.

3. Robin Uthappa (India Champions) vs Dwayne Bravo (West Indies Champions):
