But in 2020, he had greater success with the Mumbai Indians. The most lethal bowling combination in IPL 2022 was that of Trent Boult and Jasprit Bumrah.  Trent Boult has two IPL titles so far and is one of the best bowlers in the biggest league.

1. 4/26 vs Sunrisers Hyderabad:

During the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Trent Boult created havoc for their batters as he picked four wickets in four overs and gave 26 runs. In his first two overs of the spell, he removed both the openers as SRH were 9 for 2 on the scoreboard. Later, he also picked up two more wickets as MI won the game.

2. 3/28 Vs Rajasthan Royals:

When Mumbai Indians defeated Rajasthan Royals by 100, Trent Boult’s bowling did the damage for MI. During his 2.1 overs, Boult gave up 28 runs and took three wickets. Yashasvi Jaiswal was also dismissed by Boult in the first over after he took out Nitish Rana and Jofra Archer.

3. 3/20 Vs Lucknow Super Giants:

Mitchell Marsh, who had scored 34 runs, was sent to the pavilion after Boult got his first wicket of the afternoon against Lucknow Super Giants. As the match progressed, he picked up two more wickets of LSG’s batters Ayush Badoni and Digvesh Rathi. Only 20 runs were conceded by him in his four-over spell. The game ended with MI winning by 54 runs.
