The star player has been making the bold headline after he was acquired for Rs 27 crores in the IPL 2025 mega-auction in Jeddah. However, the southpaw was benched in the Champions Trophy 2025 but will be aiming to prove his worth here. The star player is set to lead this new franchise as well as look to bolster their batting unit of the game. The left-handed batter’s ability to smash runs under pressure and ability to finish the game make him a unique star.

2. KL Rahul

The Indian wicket-keeper batter has been out of action in the T20I format since IPL 2024. The star player wasn’t named in India’s 2024 World Cup win, and he will be proving his worth in this game to stage his comeback in the shortest format of the game. KL Rahul is one of the most experienced players and is set to play under Axar Patel’s leadership this time. The stylish right-handed batter might bat in the middle order of the game and aims to continue his solid form after the Champions Trophy 2025.

3. Faf du Plessis

Du Plessis has been in great form in the other T20 leagues and will be looking to mark his impact for DC this time.  He will be having an onus on himself to boost the top order of the game.
