Suryakumar Yadav was not there for MI in the first few games, as the batter was missing due to fitness issues. Since his return, the team has gained much more confidence in the batting and he has been a key in the middle order for the side. 

SKY who is a good player of spin has struggled against DC all-rounder Axar Patel. The 33-year-old has scored 53 runs against Axar in 10 IPL meetings, while only getting dismissed once and has a strike rate of 86.88.

Jake Fraser McGurk made his announcement on the big stage after he got the chance into the playing XI. The Aussie opener has been a tone-setter for DC in the powerplay with an amazing strike rate of 233.33 in IPL 2024. McGurk will be up against arguably the best bowler of this generation Jasprit Bumrah on Saturday. 

Bumrah has been the leading wicket-taker for the side and since his inception in the powerplay, he has been more lethal with the new ball. The 30-year-old’s ability to swing the new ball will create problems for the Australian opener. This battle will be an intense one to watch out for.
