3. 53 vs Delhi Capitals – Match 66 

Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals faced each other in the 66th game of the tournament at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur. DC’s stand-in skipper Faf du Plessis won the toss and asked PBKS to bat first. Batting first, the Kings scored 206 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Apart from Stoinis’ swashbuckling knock of 44 runs off just 16 balls, skipper Shreyas Iyer also played a crucial half-century knock. 

Iyer scored 53 runs off 34 balls, with five fours and two sixes to help Punjab Kings post a 200+ total on the board. However, Iyer’s knock went in vain in this game as DC eventually chased down the target in 19.3 overs, scoring 208 runs for the loss of 4 wickets and winning the game by 6 wickets.
