In the IPL 2025 eliminator game, Gujarat Titans took on Mumbai Indians at the Mullanpur Stadium. MI batted first and scored 228 from their 20 overs with Rohit Sharma top scoring with 81 while Jonny Bairstow scored 47. Titans lost their skipper Shubman Gill early and Kusal Mendis for 20. Sudharsan though didn’t stop as he scored runs and took the attack to the MI bowlers. The left-handed batter scored 80 off just 49 balls with 10 boundaries and a six. Till he was in the middle, Titans had a chance to win the game and make it to the second qualifier.

Match number 23 between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals was yet another game where Sai Sudharsan showed his growing reputation. Titans batted first and Sudharsan top scored with 82 off 53 balls with eight boundaries and three sixes. Sudharsan didn’t let any of the Royals bowlers settle and put pressure on the opposition. In reply, RR were all out for 159 as the Titans won the game by 58 runs.

1. 108 not out vs Delhi Capitals

Once IPL 2025 resumed, Delhi Capitals hosted Gujarat Titans in a must-win game to keep their playoff hopes alive. Delhi Capitals raced to 199 thanks to unbeaten ton scored by veteran batter KL Rahul. With a target of 200 to chase, Titans openers didn’t break any sweat as they raced to win with ten wickets and an entire over to play. Sudharsan was not out on 108 and reached his ton with a six. To make it an even sweeter win, Sudharsan hit the winning runs for six to seal Titans’ spot in the playoffs.
