1. Shane Warne
The first ever captain of the Rajasthan Royals, Shane Warne, is the most successful captain to have led the team. He helped his team win the inaugural edition of the tournament and has left behind an everlasting legacy. Overall, he captained the team in 56 matches and won 31. He had a 55% win percentage in the four seasons that he was with the team.
