3. Rahul Dravid 

Former Indian skipper and coach Rahul Dravid is one of the greatest to have represented the RR franchise. He walked out for toss for Rajasthan in 40 matches and took them over the line in 23 matches. He had a win percentage of 57.5. Dravid has now returned to the team as their head coach and would expect to get similar success that he had as a captain.

2. Sanju Samson 

The current captain for the Men in Pink, Sanju Samson, has been on the rise in the past few years. After a hiatus of many years, he led the team to an IPL final in 2022. However, he could not go past the debutant team, the Gujarat Titans. Nevertheless, he broke the jinx and helped the team do well. So far, he has captained in 61 matches and won 31. He has a win percentage of just over 51. 

1. Shane Warne

The first ever captain of the Rajasthan Royals, Shane Warne, is the most successful captain to have led the team. He helped his team win the inaugural edition of the tournament and has left behind an everlasting legacy. Overall, he captained the team in 56 matches and won 31. He had a 55% win percentage in the four seasons that he was with the team.
