PSL 2025: Top 3 batters to watch out for in Karachi Kings vs Quetta Gladiators match 

PSL 2025 season will see Karachi take on Quetta in their return fixture on Friday at the Gaddafi Stadium. Karachi on the other hand will have to keep their winning run going to secure a spot in the top four. Former PSL champions have played decent cricket so far this season, but have been inconsistent to say the least. Karachi began the season with a win and lost the next game and this has been their pattern so far this year. 

Here are the top three batters to watch out for in Karachi vs Quetta clash

3. David Warner 

Former Australian batter legend David Warner hasn’t made a great start to his PSL career. The left-handed batter has played five games and scored 106 runs from five games with an average of 21. Warner finally found form in the last game against Peshawar where he scored 60 off 47 balls. Karachi will be delighted to see Warner back in form with the former Aussie star still being a potent and destructive opening batter.

2. Saud Shakeel 

Quetta will be banking on their skipper Saud Shakeel to come up with the goods in the clash against Karachi on Friday night. In the three games that Shakeel has batted, the 29-year-old has scored 93 runs with an average of 46.5 and has one fifty. In the last match against Karachi, it was Shakeel who waged a lone battle with the bat to score unbeaten 33 runs. Quetta will also want Shakeel to show his aggressive side with the bat and put pressure on the opposition. 

1. James Vince 

English batter James Vince has been the key player for Karachi in the PSL 2025 season, Vince has scored 186 runs from five games with one century and one fifty. In the last game against Quetta Gladiators, the 34-year-old had scored 70 runs from 47 balls to help Karachi score 175 on the board. Since then, Vince has been going through a lean patch with the bat and will want to perform a quick turnaround and recapture his best form with the bat.
