Predicting England’s playing XI for first ODI against India

Top Order:

Playing spinners because of the root cause behind their collapse in almost every game. With Root in the squad, the English batters will learn a lot from him. 

Bowlers:

Brydon Carse, Jofra Archer, Adil Rashid, and Saqib Mahmood are the team’s primary bowlers. They have done well in the previous series. Carse contributed with the bat as well, which was a positive thing for the team. They will look to take early wickets and dismantle the top-order batters to win the game.
