Top Order

Virat Kohli will play at No.3 and will be very important in this top order. He is the leading run-scorer in this World Cup with 594 runs at an astonishing average of 99. He has got two centuries and 5 half-centuries in the tournament so far.

Middle Order

Rachin Ravindra will be the first man in the middle order. The young Kiwi batter has been the find of this tournament. He has 565 runs at an average of 70.62. Ravindra can roll his arms as well. Following him in the middle order will be the South African, Aiden Markram. He has been very crucial for his team in the middle order with few crucial knocks. With four fifty-plus scores, he has made 396 runs at an average of 49.50. 

Shreyas Iyer will join next. The Indian has crucial 421 runs made at a strike rate of 106.58 which will give this side the required firepower. At No.7 will be Marco Jansen who will be the all-rounder of this squad. He has 157 runs in the World Cup and more importantly, has taken 17 wickets. 

Bowling Unit

Adam Zampa and Kuldeep Yadav will be the two spinners in this lineup. Zampa is the leading wicket-taker in this tournament with 22 wickets in his bag. Partnering him will be Kuldeep Yadav who has taken 14 wickets at an average of 22.28. 

The other two fast bowlers will be Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Shami. Both these have bowled well for India. Bumrah has 17 wickets whereas Shami has 16 in his account. This would form a lethal pair with the ball.
