Either MS Dhoni or Prashant Veer could take the No. 7 spot. If Dhoni plays, it will be his first match of the campaign. On the other hand, Veer played two games earlier in the season but could not make much of an impact.

For the fourth overseas spot, either Spencer Johnson is set to be playing based on the conditions. Meanwhile, Anshul Kamboj, the current Purple Cap holder, will be the bowler to watch out for on Thursday.
