IPL 2025: Predicting top 3 batters from RCB vs SRH clash

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru are all set to lock horns against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 65th game of the Indian Premier League 2025, slated to take place on May 23rd at Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow. RCB has already reached the playoffs, but they aim to finish in the top two positions, while SRH has been knocked out of the tournament after a horrendous showing in the current edition.

This edition has witnessed so many stellar batting performances, and we might see this game as a high-scoring affair. In the same vein, given below are the three batters to watch out for from the RCB vs. SRH game.

1. Virat Kohli

Former RCB batter Virat Kohli is one to watch out for. Despite retiring from this format in international cricket, Kohli hasn’t stopped himself, and his form in this format has once again made bold headlines ahead of the 2026 T20 World Cup, where Team India looks to defend their title. The stylish right-handed batter will once again be looking to give a great start to help his team finish in the top two to earn the Qualifier 1 spot.

2. Ishan Kishan

Kishan has hammered a stunning century during his debut game against SRH. However, the left-handed batter has failed to make his impact, as he faltered badly in most of the matches. The southpaw chipped in a crucial 35 runs and played a crucial role in guiding SRH to win their last clash against LSG by six wickets. The star batter will be looking to finish the tournament on a high note to get a place in the national squad ahead of the T20 World Cup 2026. With Travis Head sustaining COVID while Abhishek Sharma received a match suspension, Kishan needs to step up to give a great start to his team.

3. Heinrich Klaasen

South African batting sensation Klaasen was the costliest overseas player in the current edition but failed to live up to expectations in this edition. However, he has found his form back in the last game. The Proteas batter has chipped in 47 off 28, featuring four boundaries and one six, to help his side win the match against LSG. He is expected to continue his great form heading into this game.
