Rajasthan Royals are now officially out of the IPL 2025 tournament, and they have no chance of making it into the playoffs. But they can end the season with some positivity, and most importantly, not in the final spot. The teams that haven’t qualified desperately don’t want to be the last on the table.
And to make sure of that, they have to win the remaining matches. RR and CSK are standing 9th and 10th on the table, and whoever loses the match will have to stay in the final spot. For RR to win, they need a strong squad against Chennai Super Kings, and here are our predicted 11 for RR against CSK.
Batting:

The batting order looks very strong on paper, with the opening pair Yashawi Jaiswal and youngster Suryavanshi taking over the CSK powerplay bowlers. Then we have more experienced Sanju Samson helping the team get through the middle phase alongside Riyan Parag. To take care of the death bowlers, they will rely on Jurel and Hetmeyer, who didn’t have a great season.
All Rounders:

Rajasthan will go with only one all-rounder, and it is none other than the Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga. He can be very lethal against the vulnerable CSK batters, especially the youngsters who have minimal experience playing a bowler like him.
Bowlers:

The bowling attack is predicted to be a full pace attack with the South African Leftie Maphaka and former CSKian Tushar Deshpande taking care of the opening spell. Aksash Madwal and Nandre Burger give balance to their side with the middle overs. They could also be used as death bowlers if RR managed to send half of the CSK side into the pavilion by the 15th over.
