56 vs Australia, 2006

Those were the very early days in T20 international cricket when Herschelle Gibbs scored this half-century against Australia in Johannesburg. Winning the toss the Proteas opted to bat first. The home side got off to a good start but they lost their first wicket just before the powerplay ended. After that, it was Herschelle Gibbs who took charge along with his skipper Graeme Smith.
