Top order:

Ben Manenti will come into the side to replace Smith and hope to play well and help his side reach the finals. 

Middle Order:

Sydney Sixers have a depleted side with Sean Abbott and Todd Murphy also departing for Sri Lanka for the Test series. Jack Edwards has done reasonably well with the bat and also picked wickets. Kurtis Patterson will come into the side to provide the much-needed steel in the batting unit. Jordan Silk on the other hand has been one of the most exciting players for the Sixers side. 

Lower-order:

With Sean Abbott no longer in the team, the onus of lending experience with the ball and ball will fall on Moises Henriques. The skipper will also bank on the likes of Lachlan Shaw and Hayden Kerr to do well not just with the bat but also with the ball in hand.
