Gerald Coetzee’s pick was surprising in terms of the money that has been spent for the South African fast bowler who was among the highest wicket-takers in the recently concluded ODI World Cup. He was one of the major reasons why South Africa did so well in the World Cup as he troubled a lot of batters with his pace. Surprisingly not many teams went for Coetzee and he was included in the squad by Mumbai Indians for just 5 crores which definitely makes it a steal deal.

3. Kumar Kushagra

The 19-year-old wicketkeeper-batter from Jharkhand, Kumar Kushagra, has found his place in the Delhi Capitals camp. DC has included him for a huge amount of 7.2 crores and the youngster is still finding his feet in domestic cricket. It tells a lot about the potential of the Jharkhand-born player and considering Rishabh Pant’s precarious situation with his comeback Kushagra might be an alternative for the wicketkeeper-batter slot for the Capitals.
