As each season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) comes to an end, the quality of the league is also going up. The franchises participating in the league are also moving forward with that. And one of the teams in this tournament is Quetta Gladiators. But the team is not getting final success in the tournament for a long time. So, coming to the eighth season, Quetta is entering the field to win their second title. Compared to the previous time, the team has progressed well this time. Star players have also joined the team to win the title.

This year’s PSL is going to start on February 13. Like all other teams, Quetta Gladiators are now busy making last-minute preparations. Quetta has formed a strong enough team for this season. Sarfraz Ahmed will lead Quetta as always. With the hands of this successful and tested captain, the team is ready to enter the field to win the title again after 2019.

For this season, Quetta has gathered all the star foreign cricketers in the team. The presence of Martin Guptill and Jason Roy added to the strength of the top order. Besides, one of the best all-rounders of the present time, Wanindu Hasaranga will also play for the team. This Sri Lankan star can create danger for the opponent, especially with the fearsome leg spin. There are pacers like Naveen Ul Haq. All in all, Quetta has been a balanced team.

Iftikhar Ahmed could be the biggest trump card for Quetta among the local cricketers. Currently, this middle-order batsman is in good form. He played in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) a few days ago. While batting aggressively, he also got his first century in his T20 career. Iftikhar also hit 6 sixes in 6 balls in the preparation match of PSL.

One of the best all-rounders of the time Mohammad Nawaz is also in Quetta. As he can contribute to the ball at the moment of need, he can also create a storm with the bat in the lower middle order. Besides, young pacer Naseem Shah will lead the bowling department. Currently, he is also in good form. From the last Asia Cup till now, Naseem has been a terror for batsmen. Now just has to wait for the star-studded team to shine.
