Ebadat-Naim called up to the ODI team

Pacer Ebadat Hossain and batsman Naim Sheikh are joining the Bangladesh team in the middle of the three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe. These two cricketers have left Dhaka for Zimbabwe to join the team, and this has been confirmed by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

One after another, the cricketers are getting injured, and that’s why the Bangladesh team is broken. Opener Litton Das has already been ruled out with a hamstring injury, and Naim Sheikh joined the team instead. On the other hand, due to the injury of left-arm pacer Shariful Islam, Ebadat has been called up in the ODI team.

Inform Litton was ruled out of the series due to injury on the day of the first ODI loss against Zimbabwe. While batting with 81 runs, he injured his hamstring and left the field on a stretcher. After the scan, it is known that Litton may need three to four weeks to recover.

Earlier, wicketkeeper-batsman Nurul Hasan Sohan was knocked out of this series due to injury. Sohan injured his finger while playing the second match of the T20 series against the hosts. Although Bangladesh won that match, Zimbabwe eventually won the T20 series by 2-1.
