Mandhana was named the Player of the Match. And although the Test finished in a draw, the game was far from level as India obviously called the shots, outperforming Australia in nearly every aspect of the game.
It was a case of fortune favoring the courageous, and while the victory evaded them, India left with their heads held high, having demonstrated that they could compete with the big guns in the most difficult conditions.
