2. Buy good middle-order batters

LSG had one of the best top orders for a team in the IPL 2025. The trio of Aiden Markram, Mitchell Marsh, and Nicholas Pooran was brilliant. However, the batters after them, like Rishabh Pant, Ayush Badoni, and David Miller, failed to perform well. LSG must have a better middle order than that. 3. Massive improvement in fielding

LSG’s fielding unit was one of the worst for a team in the 18th edition of the league. Be it ground fielding, throwing, catching, or awareness in the field, LSG’s fielding was poor and cost them many matches. As a unit, LSG must work hard on their fielding in the IPL 2026.
