Gulf wants to defeat Desert in ILT final

আইএলটির ফাইনালে ডেসার্টকে হারাতে চায় গালফ

The first-ever International League T20 (ILT) is nearing its end. There is only one match left, the mega-final. And in this final match, a team has already been decided. After winning the first qualifier match, the Desert Vipers reached the finals. Later, their opponents were also determined. Gulf entered the final as the second team.

Gulf faces MI Emirates in the second qualifier on Friday. The team took a bold decision by winning the tossmadethis match as well. MI sends bat match’s tosses time they did not make a mistake. With controlled bowling, they restricted the opposition to 167 runs. Although MI Emirates did not fall into a batting disaster, no one could play big innings. For that reason, the run was also insignificant.

Chasing the target of 168 runs, Gulf got off to a good start. The team took control of the match in the power play, with two openers, James Vince and Chris Lynn. Although Lynn returned in 5.6 overs, Vince played a big inning today. The undefeated opener left the field after confirming the team’s final. After playing an inning of 83 runs from 56 balls, this star batsman also got the man of the match award.

Vince is very excited to take the team to the finals. The Gulf opener is also dreaming of playing such a stormy inning against Desert in the final. Vince said, “At times, it felt like we weren’t in the match. But we didn’t lose faith. Everyone played their best. If we could have played better, we would have won more easily. We want to maintain this trend in the final. We want to win the title. Thanks to the audience.”

Note that the final of ILT will be held on February 12 (Sunday) where the Desert will face the Gulf. Vince lost to this team in the first qualifier. This time, however, there is a chance to take revenge in the final. Time will say how much you can use that opportunity. But above all, the audience wants the final of the first season of ILT to be over.
