Australia reach Lunch break at 71/3, need 91 runs more to win

After India added just 16 runs to their overnight score, Australia had a target of 162 to chase in their final innings. The hosts got off to a flying start as Sam Konstas scored a 17-ball 22. He added 39 runs with Usman Khawaja off just 23 balls before being dismissed by Krishna.

The Karnataka seamer went on to dismiss Marnus Labuschagne for six before getting the better of Smith. Australia finished at 71/3 at Lunch on Day 3. They need another 91 runs for a win, while India are in search of seven more wickets.
