Former Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskarwas spotted vibing to the patriotic classic ‘Mere Desh Ki Dharti‘ following India’s six-run win in the final Test of the series between England and India. This result ensured India retained the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy as they levelled the series 2-2.

Gavaskar was cheered along by Cheteshwar Pujara and the others from the broadcasting team as he showcased his dancing and singing skills with the people surrounding him. Siraj was named the Player of the Match for his career-best 9/190, while skipper Shubman Gill (754 runs in 10 innings) and Harry Brook (481 runs in nine innings) secured the Player of the Series award. Siraj (23 wickets in nine innings) finished as the leading wicket-taker across both teams.

India’s victories in the seires came at Edgbaston (336 runs) and The Oval (six runs) while thew heroically drew the fourth Test in Manchester to keep the series alive. Their losses came at Headingley (five wickets) and Lord’s (22 runs).
